12:15   About us – information – questions and answers

13:20   Break

13:40   Preparing food – setting up the sweatlodge – preparing the fire – setting the table

14:40   Break

15:00   Discussion group – Why am I here? – Where do I sit in the sweat lodge –
           finding a topic for prayer together

16:00   Lighting the fire – individual conversations 10 minutes per person – quiet time by the fire as  preparation
           - drumming

18:30   Start of the sweatlodge
